The Journals of Duatheryn Galadhir is a fan-created roleplay archive inspired by The Lord of the Rings Online™ and the world of J.R.R. Tolkien. It is intended to be a non-offocial extension of the lore and background of Duatheryn. Within these halls are preserved journals, chronicles, character records, and collected observations gathered during many years of wandering throughout Middle-earth.
This is the personal archive of a Mirkwood March-warden, scholar and wanderer, and began as a means of preserving memory. These shelves tell not only of distant roads and hidden places, but also the people, histories, and stories encountered along the way.
Great events are often remembered through songs and histories, yet countless smaller stories fade with time. Here, equal importance is given to quiet paths, forgotten ruins, chance meetings, and the simple moments that shape a journey.
Each volume upon the shelf represents another fragment of Middle-earth recorded before it could be lost to memory.

Duatheryn Galadhir is an Elven Hunter, March-warden, traveller, scholar, and chronicler from Mirkwood whose life has become devoted to the defence of the Free Peoples and the preservation of memory, history, and personal experience.
Through journals, notes, maps, and correspondence, he strives to tell the story of the roads he has travelled and the people he has encountered.
